The Newbie course gives the keen novice their own loan kit with everything they need to get going. Modelling materials and tools are included with all the radio control, battery, and motors. Familiar materials like cardboard and tape make this membership super accessible for the younger crew. Ideas are refined using simple and proven modelling techniques, before taking on the locals in a fun cardboard tournament on the fourth session. It's a simple step to stay on to enjoy the full experience once this ends. Members are there guided to consider a more robust design, using tools and materials for sheet metal work, 3D printing, or plastics folding. The final tournament awaits with friendly or combat rounds for those brave enough to enter!
